these aren't technically fruits, but that's okay. Just go with it.
Allspice, angelica, anise, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, ginger, lemon peel, mace, nutmeg, mint, orange peel, rosemary, tarragon
and coriander are also all viable additions to fruits. Don't forget
these flavors when it comes to infusing flavors into custards or sorbets/granitas, either.
