Here is a handy chart to refer to when dealing with fruit.  What you do with this information is up to you:  dessert pizza?  blueberry tart with lemon curd?  ginger-plum cobbler?  Apple and pear pie with honey and cardamom?  A couple of these aren't technically fruits, but that's okay.  Just go with it.
